Transparent RTV Silicone Sealant SOTZ

  • The sealant may slightly yellow during storage, which will not affect product properties

Operating Instructions:

  1. Clean Surface: Clean the dust, rust, and oil from the surface of the bonding substrate.
  2. Gluing: Squeeze the sealant onto the cleaned surface.
  3. Curing: Place the glued part in the air. After skin formation, curing continues inward from the surface. Under 25°C and 55% relative humidity conditions, the sealant will cure to a depth of 2 to 4mm in 24 hours. With prolonged time, the curing depth gradually increases.
  4. Storage: The unused sealant should be immediately tightened and sealed. Before using it again, remove any crust at the nozzle mouth without affecting normal use. During storage, a small amount of solidification may occur at the nozzle, but it can be used normally after removal without affecting the product properties.

Storage Conditions:

  • Store in a cool and dry place below 35°C.
  • Shelf Life: 6 months

  3. If accidentally touches the skin or eyes, wipe them clean immediately, then rinse with water and seek medical advice.
