Thermal Conductive RTV Silicone Sealant STTS

  • The sealant may experience slight yellowing during storage, but this will not affect its product properties.

Operating Instructions:

  1. Surface Clean: Ensure that the surface of the bonding substrate is free from dust, rust, and oil.
  2. Gluing: Squeeze the sealant onto the cleaned surface.
  3. Curing: Place the glued part in the air. After skin formation, curing continues inward from the surface. Under 25°C and 55% relative humidity conditions, it cures to a depth of 2 to 4mm in 24 hours. The curing depth gradually increases over time.
  4. Storage: The unused sealant should be immediately tightly sealed. Before reusing, remove any crust at the nozzle without affecting normal use. During storage, a small amount of solidification at the nozzle may occur, but it can be used normally after removal without affecting product properties.

Storage Conditions:

  • Store in a cool and dry place below 35°C.
  • Shelf Life: 6 months

  3. If it accidentally comes into contact with the skin or eyes, wipe them clean immediately, then rinse with water and seek medical advice.
