How To Use:

  1. It is recommended that consumers use a liquid injection molding machine to inject the material into the mold for product manufacturing.
  2. Thoroughly mix components A and B by machine, adhering to a weight or volume ratio of 1:1. Vulcanization time is determined by the molding temperature. Higher temperatures result in shorter molding times. For thicker or larger silicone products, longer molding times may be required. After vulcanization, the mold can be disassembled.
  3. In cases where the machine remains idle for an extended period (more than two days), either inject component A or component B separately into the mixing section. Alternatively, remove the static mixer from the injection molding machine immediately, seal it, and store it in a low-temperature environment (<1°C) or clean any remaining rubber.

Packaging, Storage, and Caution:

  1. This product series is available in 20 kg plastic straight pails or 200 kg metal drums, both with plastic liners.
  2. Ensure that products are stored in a sealed condition, in a cool location, and protected from exposure to rain and sunlight.
  3. These products are non-dangerous goods and have a shelf life of one year. If products exceed their storage life, they can be retested to determine if their curing speed remains acceptable.
  4. To prevent cure inhibition, avoid contact with tin compounds (as most condensation silicones contain tin compound catalyst), amines, sulfur and phosphorus compounds, and certain metal salts.
  5. When using products from different manufacturers, tests should be conducted to avoid cross-linking reactions, as component A contains a catalyst and component B contains a cross-linking agent.
